This woman is a parking attendant at a small mall. She charges 2 yuan ($.16) to park your bike or electric scooter for an hour or a day. Employees park for free. She is at this spot from 7AM to around 10PM. Duties include straightening the bikes, security, and pulling bikes out of jams when it gets full.
